To produce the 2012 Annual Report for the P&T in a new format incorporating two sections: the Annual Report itself and the CSR (corporate social responsibility) Report.

Solution:
The P&T was one of the first companies to produce a report of this type based on industry standards. The theme of sustainable development is reflected in the visual elements used.

The Annual Report is also available online via the "e-bilan" tool developed by binsfeld (www.pt.e-bilan.lu).
